Each client responds differently and on different timelines. However, the vast majority feel different after their first visit. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself if given the correct tools. Consider that you most likely didn’t get into your current position overnight, and you won’t get out of it overnight. Movement therapy is a process.

We ask that you do your exercises daily. Your particular circumstances will determine if more than once per day is needed. Our programs are designed to systematically chip away at your misalignments and limitations. By doing your menu daily, you are giving your body the positive stimulus it needs to restore alignment.

You do need to do your full program at least once per day, in the given order. We sequence the exercises to work specific areas in a particular order. Outside of that time, you can do any exercises that you feel are beneficial for your body.

Soreness is normal. It should diminish the more times you do your menu as your muscles adapt and adjust to the new movements. However, soreness is different from pain. If you are experiencing true pain, contact us so any necessary adjustments can be made.

The time needed to get the body balanced is very individual. Your commitment to own your own wellness is a large part of the process. We will provide the education, tools, and support throughout the process, but in the end, commitment to daily movement and lifestyle changes that support a healthy body, mind and movement patterns is the work you must do. Most clients need somewhere between 8 and 16 visits to see results. Keep in mind that we are working to eliminate structural misalignments that have been decades in the making.

Yes, our programs can be used in conjunction with many different healing modalities. Our goal is to educate you on how to keep your body balanced and give you the tools to do that. We want to return control of your health back to you so that ultimately you aren’t dependent on another person or machine to achieve vitality. 

Not necessarily, but it depends. In some cases, we may need to have you step back from specific movements or activities for a time. Our goal is to get you to any activity you love and in order to do that, we have to get your body aligned and then work on strengthening, otherwise strengthening misalignments will not result in improved function and pain relief.

It’s important that you wear shorts or comfortable pants that can be rolled above the knee to ensure adequate postural photos. It is also recommended that women wear a sport bra or a shirt of a different color that can be tucked in so we can assess the alignment of your hips. Please bring appropriate gym shoes as well.

No. While we do have equipment recommendations, the vast majority of the exercises can be performed with items you have lying around your house.
